CECODEV

Our history

Cecodev was founded in 2007 by Anne Hoffner-Lesure after she was trained to Codevelopment facilitation directly with Mr Adrien Payette, French Canadian specialist in organizations efficiency and conceptor of this method.

Cecodev has introduced, and since then disseminated widely in France, with as much rigour as passion, the Codevelopment approach.

With an initial specialty in Codevelopment facilitation, at the times when this approach was still confidential, we have throughout the thousands of workshops facilitated developed and refined a full training cursus for Codevelopment facilitation and project management.

While based in Paris 8th, we also provide our services at our clients’ premises and remote.

Our quality system is recognized by French Qualiopi label since 2021 and our training to facilitation by France Competences since 2017.

We are also very engaged in promoting this deep-impact approach through :

    • Regular pro bono partnership with associations ;
    • Annual events, such as masterclasses and experimentations for directors.

Our mission

The Cecodev key mission is to make this outstanding approach available to organizations, so as their efficiency is increased altogether with the well-being of the humans that powers them.

From this overarching mission arise several strategic objectives :

Deploy high-impact workshops for our partners

Deepen the understanding of Codevelopment efficiency pillars and impacts

Investigate the opportunities to deploy into new fields or purposes

Disseminate our expertise to promote a quality practice and demote harmful deviances

Train facilitators and Codev PM, and accompany them into the progressive development of their expertise

We strongly believe that the rest of the world could highly benefit from the expertise accumulated in France where major public and private organizations now implement large-scale and long-term Codevelopment projects, efficiently serving several productivity and social strategic objectives.
